We are based in British Columbia, in Canada. Our goal is to come before God on the promise of 2 Chronicles 7:14, to repent of our sins, so that God would hear from heaven & heal our motherland, Sri Lanka
Born and raised in Sri Lanka, my husband, daughter and I migrated to Canada in 1995. Like many immigrants, we found a place to stay, jobs & friends. While trying to fit into this new country, my life became unmanageable. However, in 2002 I entered a meaningful relationship with someone which changed my life. I found a friend who accepted me with all my faults & failures. I felt valued like never before. Since I had found real love, I pursued it. He loved me when I was not a very nice person. Our relationship became stronger as time went by. His name is Jesus.
More than 2 yrs ago , I got this verse. 2Chronicles 7:14, “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and forgive their sins and heal their land”. I didn’t pay much attention to this then. This lay very heavily on my heart. I asked God for a sign; I felt the Lord complied with my request. I have chosen to be faithful to the call, until God raises more leaders.
